Detailed Information Regarding Managing, Selecting and Editing of H.I.T. e-Magazine 2020

This is hereby notified that, this years H.I.T.'s Annual Magazine “UTTARAN” is all set to be published on electronic media due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. As this will be an e-Magazine,so the process of managing, selecting and editing of contents is totally an indigenous process which will be carried out by the students of Hooghly Institute of Technology.

In this context, we are inviting the active assistance from interested students who are eager to help us to publish this e-Magazine and make the total process smoother.We have surveyed and pointed out some designations which are required for the publication of our e-magazine. Details of such designations are mentioned below:

• CONTENTS MANAGEMENT TEAM (CM TEAM): (i) Data & Statistics Analyst Group;(ii) Assembling and Sorting Contents Group;(iii) Proof Reading and Correction Group.

• CONTENTS SELECTION TEAM (CS TEAM): (i) Poem Selection Group; (ii) Prose Selection Group;(iii) Photography Selection Group; (iv) Painting and Sketches Selection Group; (v) Other Contents Selection Group.

• CONTENTS EDITING TEAM(CE TEAM): (i) e-Magazine Editors Group; (ii) Graphics Designers Group; (iii) Photo Collectors and Editors Group.
